It's finally here!! Through God's amazing grace and in answer to my prayer request to show me something AMAZING AND UNKNOWABLE, I bring to you FULL BODY DILATION- THE ART OF THE SMILE.

Philippians 4:4-8 Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: REJOICE! (emphasis mine). Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable- if anything is excellent or praiseworthy- think about such things.

In other words, SMILE!

Have you ever wondered WHY God tells us to "be happy; don't worry" and to think happy thoughts? You have probably been taught at least one answer, but I am here to show you another one: We are designed to smile! We, like our heavenly Father, are three in one beings. We are spiritual, physical, and mental beings. Our physical bodies are three dimensional! We have three sets of muscles to coordinate like a symphony- the front, the back, and the center. As evidence of this I would like to point out that you already know that parts of the body dilate: the eyes, the cervix in child birth, but did you realize that your nostrils dilate? We dilate when we go to the bathroom! The ears dilate to equalize pressure! And of course, when we open our mouths to eat or talk or smile we are dilating it. How many times have you smiled 'till it hurt?! Your muscles were tired!

Plainly and (not always so) simply, God designed our WHOLE BODIES to SMILE! In this class you will learn how to FIND YOUR SMILE by learning how the body connects horizontally, (not vertically!!) symetrically, in the shape of a SMILE! The Bible teaches us that our spiritual journey starts in the mind, and so does our physical journey. You will learn how to connect with your body by first acknowledging God's amazing design of your body and his desire for you to be good company for Him as He lives inside YOU. Jesus taught that even entertaining sinful thoughts was the same as doing them with the physical body. Learn how to turn unhappy and negative thinking into thankful thinking and watch your spirit draw closer to God as your faith in God grows by learning how to view everything that happens, even supposed "bad" things, as an opportunity to look for the good that God is working into everything, as Paul, in Romans 8:28 tells us. With this renewed mind and way of looking at life, you will also learn how to visualize your muscles and become more aware of your body, all with the purpose of learning how to smile with your WHOLE BODY, mind, and spirit and come to an amazing understanding that YOU are wonderfully and fearfully made. There is more, SO much more to how God designed us than we ever realized and I am excited to bring it to you. Regarding scheduling- I hope to be able to schedule online group live classes in the very near future, but at this exact moment I only have the online scheduling tool enabled for this private one-on-one scheduling. I currently also have a full time job at the moment, but it is my desire and hope that teaching this class and other events with In the Family Way Coaching will take the place of my regular work, so please don't feel like you are interrupting it by requesting a more convenient time to schedule.
